Id say grab a 8600GT for about $75, be it the 256MB version or the 512MB version, its not like the 8500GT or 8600GT need 512MB, its not like they have the grunt to use it.

ok ya if thats all i can get, im gonna get a 7600gt for 46 or a 7800gtx for 65. both 256.

I've heard that the HD3650 isn't a terrible card and the 512MB versions are towards the higher end of what you're looking for new.
