what's a fast, cool running PCI-e graphics card for use in a mATX set up? Need it for the following ...

- movies @ 1920 x 1080P
- general computer use
- needs to be single slot and quiet running (because I need slots for a USB bracket and a sound card)

I'm used to gaming cards (460GTX, GTX 560, etc) so I do not know the performance of the lower tier cards.

I like the fastest response possible when having the LCD update, be it with browser windows or other applications ... very snappy might be the word to describe it
