need uv orange fans

Yo,
i need to get my hands on some good orange uv reactive fans. ive heard that the uv paint they sell comes off easily. im trying to keep my case semi quiet, since my last 1 sounded like a dust buster but yah i got my green uv ide's and normal uv black light cold cathodes and now i need something to balance out the case with a cool glowing orange. anyone know where i can get some good uv orange fans that are relitivly silent?

28.8 dBA isnt silent but you could always 7v it
 
Antec fans at newegg

Maybe a little louder than you are looking for, but they look really good in UV light and output is good....not to mention they are 5 buck a piece. I've got 5 of them and i cant complain at all.
