Need Upgrade Advice

I play battlefield 2 and would like to upgrade my computer to handle the graphics on medium to high settings. My current computer only has an AGP port, so I'm looking to upgrade my computer with a new motherboard (that has PCIe slots), processor, power supply, and new video card. And use my same DVD and hard drive.
I'm trying to get a setup that will be barebones for now, but will be upgradable into the future.
My problem is that I'm sort of familar with the AMD boards and how they are upgradable, but I know almost nothing about Intel boards. Any suggestions, advice, or info on a board and processor that would fit my needs? Im hoping to buy all the above mentioned components for $350 or less.
