Need to replace my MoBo <$200

I need to replace my MoBo on my sig rig. It keeps shutting down before post, not all the time, but when it does it's about 3-10 times... Anyways, not gonna bother with an rma just want to replace it with something else and looking for suggestions.

for like 190$ you can go with a Asus p8z77-V PRO or for a bit less the p8z77-V like 170$.. excelent boards...
