need to make floppy disk with raid drivers for nvraid

need to make a raid floppy driver disk to install windows via hitting F6. Was wondering what files i would need on the floppy disk to do this when reinstalling windows at the blue screen upon first installing.

Im using nforce 4.

You just need the driver floppy that your mobo manufacturer supplies for that board,
 
Download the latest chipset drivers from nvidia then, run the program and let it get past the part where it extracts all of the files. Then go to this folder, it might vary depending on your system C:\NVIDIA\nForceWin2KXP\6.86\IDE\WinXP\sataraid
And copy every file in that folder onto a formatted floppy, and that's it.
 
Well, i guess you could try to integrate the drivers using a program like nlite.
