http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/c5nz9/

just so i get this straight because i dont know, at idle when im surfing the net:
in the sensore tab on gpuz it shows:
core clock 300 mhz
gpu memory clock 150mhz

i have to overclock turned on in the ccc
when does it turn on to 1150 core clock and 1500 memory clock...(during games)
im trying to understand this...?
thanks

Yes the video card downclocks itself when you are not using any 3d programs. It is to save energy, life of the GPU, and heat output when you are not using the video card (maybe surfing the web, watchin flash).
