Need to increase old small array

Hello,

Is it possible to increase the size of an existing raid array without taking the system offline? The genius who ordered our server setup the array with a primary partion @ 4GB. So we are down to 200 MB free. The drives hot swappable scsi. Would it be possible to swap out a larger drive until all slots are filled with new drives? Running Windows 2000 and looking to upgrade to Windows 2003 in the near future.
