Need to cut grills off chieftec case..

What can i use? I dont have monay for a dremel...

I just need to clip off the grill in front of the case for better air flow.
 
needle nose pliers might work if the holes are big enough to fit them in. if you can fit them in just pinch and twist with them until the metal breaks, it may not be the cleanest hole, but it should work.

or

you could find a friend with a dremel
