Need to block ports

I need to block ports on my network. But rather than creating a block list like most routers have, I would like to create an allow list. So that I can just open up port 80 and a few other ports and not have to worry about anything else.

Can anyone recommend a solution? Unfortunately my budget isn’t that big.

Thanks

What is your current setup?

And most routers sold today actually work the way you are suggesting.

deny ip any any is the default - you need to open ports to have most anything work.

most consumer routers are doing NAT, so they only open ports that you forward, simply becuase they other wise don't know where too send the packet (unless you set a machine up in the DMZ as they like to call it)
