Ok, this is an ATi Radeon X800 XL. According to this site, it obviously says I need an AGP 3.0 or some crap like that, but the card is listed as a PCI express. Do I need to have a PCI Express board or can I use the AGP port as well? Please, answer this quick, I am probably running off to pick up the card.

The card in your link is a PCI-E card and yes, you need a PCI-E mobo for it. AGP won't work.
 
It's probably just a generic description of the whole family of cards. The one in the link is PCI-E though.
 
Why? You can get the XL for that price anywhere....AGP or PCI-E

<edit> nevermind, it seems the AGP versions are still overpriced and run around $429
