Is it possible to write a script that will enable unsolicited remote assistance? We'd like to be able to remote assist our customers but do not have money to spend on a solution. We would like to use what's built into XP. Unfortunately, requesting remote assistance has too many steps and is confusing to end users so unsolicited is the only good option. If that's too difficult is it possible to write something that will auotmatically send an email to a specified addresss i.e. [email protected] maybe from a shortcut that could be placed on their desktop? I need advice from programmers; somthing I am not. Any information would be helpful. Google is not much help in this case.
