Need Sound FX

[BlueRacer]

So im trying to edit this project for school and i need some specific sounds. for instance i need a really high pitched ding sound.... something youd hear on a commercial when someone smiles really big and the ding happens when you see how bright their teeth are.

anyways i was wonder if there is a free site that had lots of quality sound effects or some programs with some built it. ive tried googling but i come up with some terrible sites, thanks in advance!
