Need Something to Cool Down my Intel Chipset

So the computer i built for my family has finally started to act up. It is an older mobo (Intel D845BG) and the system keeps overheating. I think i've narrowed it down to the chipset overheating and I have no experence with buying aftermarket chipset coolers. Point me in the direction (newegg preferably) of a nice chipset cooler that will fit and won't hurt the wallet.

You can buy the same one at newegg too. But yeah, that is the best chipset cooler. Best performance under load, and only at 18dBA.

I ask this because this is just my family computer and i would rather not spend so much on it, my family does not need the performace, i just need it to cool the chipset down a bit to keep it running and stop it from overheating.
 
Yes it would. It delivers similar results to the Swifthech, but is noisy as hell. However half as expensive.
