ok, I can currently get the fsb to 266 for total stability and 267 for stability except for if I play Enemy Territory it'll freeze after some gaming. My temps aren't the problem as right now under load my cpu temp is 38c and my mobo is at 24c. I'd like to know if there's any little BIOS tweaks I can do to reach 270, 275, and possibly 300 fsb. TIA.

Probably not with that RAM, as the stock timings don't give you much room to play with.

If you system can do it, if you set your memory to the DDR 2700 setting instead of the 3200 you shoudl bea ble to hit 300 with the mem only @ 240. There should be a setting that your currently on is 1:1 or ddr 400 or PC3200 dependon on how its listed. The 5:4 i beleive will be the ddr 333 setting for the memory. Try that and you should be able to get higher. However on some mobos the AGP/PCI lock dies after 275 or so. so watch out.
