Scythe, Yate Loon will do you fine.

If you do want to spend the $$, go for the Noctua. Cool and quiet, but you will pay for that silence :p
 
Noctua's are way over rated if user accounts from SPCR are anything to go by. P12 still isn't getting decent pressure compared to S-Flex or CFM too low for the noise etc.

QFT, Noctuas are all marketing.

I will personally advocate for Scythe Slipstream fans; they have the best airflow to CFM ratios on the market, and the lower RPM fans are insanely quiet. SPCR rates them highly.

However, if it's performance per $ you seek, then Yate Loon 120mm fans should suit you well.
 
Well since its a fan thread, are there any fans out there that push a decent amount of air and are nearly quite? My thunderblades pull 74 cfm but their loud as heck :(

Any of the lower RPM Scythe Slipstreams would fit the bill; 1200 RPM model is audible, but the 800 and 500 RPM models are practically silent.
