I've managed to get my system running stable at 270x9 2.5-3-3-5 2T for a while. The Vcore is still default and Vdimm is 2.85 (highest it can get on my board). Now I have two situations that I wanted to do and assume that they're achievable. Which one is better?

#1
280x9 2.5-3-3-6 2T
Vcore 1.55
Vdimm 1.85
HTTx3
Total mhz 2520

#2
250x10 2.5-3-3-5 (possibly even tighter timings) 1T
Vcore 1.55
Vdimm 1.85
HTTx4
Total mhz 2500

Should I keep my memory running 1T always? Is 2T and 1T that much different performance-wise?

How high do you guys think this chip would achieve? 2.6G? 2.65G?

Thanks in advance.
