What do you all think of this? How well do you think i will be able to overclock? Is this worth getting instead of the amd64's since they are so pricey? (i get a new pc about every 8 months)

It would be for games / general use / music. I play Doom 3, CS, and CS: Source. Do you think these games will run well on this system?

*edit* also, the a64's aren't that much more pricey (if at all) then what you've got there from Intel...and will provide considerably better gaming performance...
 
ok what if i mixed ram tho? i cant find this same stick on newegg anymore... what if i got a corsair xms 2-3-3-6 stick and put these two together... i messed up... the one above is actually 2-3-2-6... wil they work fine together?
 
stick with the same ram.... It will cause trouble if you mix them.
