Need some Input for Cooling

Hi All, I am in need of a few things.

First, I am buying a hr-03gt to replace the crappy and loud stock cooler on my 8800gt.... so I will need a 120mm fan to attach to it... can you recommend me one?

(also does the fan just snap in or what)?

Second, I need a good and relatively quiet 92mm case fan for my side window on my soprano dx....

I prefer blue or red LED's, so it will go with the rest of my case, but I dont want to sacrifice performance...
