im tired of my tj09 .. just not the right case for me .. had it bout a year or so ..
before the flaming starts .. im very tempted to buy an armorsuit from lian li ..
the pc80 version .. now .. ever since i saw the red version that was posted on the net
ive been in love with it .. not so crazy about the spider window on the side panel ..
i love how its red inside and out .. wish they did it for the black version ..

any how .. its like a 200 dollars difference between the normal black one and the
special edition red version .. money isnt really that big of an issue ..
im just wondering which i should go for ..

pls no flaming on how ugly the case is .. as the top can be swapped out for a more
normal looking one ..

How sure are you? I tried to contact Lian-Li about this but they never answered. This is the only thing stopping me from buying the PC80. I like the black one more though, i like the contrast of black and aluminum. But i guess its cuz im lazy :D

well the black version is definitely .. red im not sure .. performance-pcs is asking for me .. and in the reviews they said the red version has an optional top as well
 
Yeh, i was thinking of the a77. But a few things i dont like:

PSU on the bottom

No front door

and its ugly ><
 
jetjaguar, if you like red version more I wouldn't see much problem in that elevated part on top. I find it much more fitting to this red look than to more traditional Lian Li/no nonsense like black look.
IMO even that bling/LED fans fits rather well to red version. (too hard contrast spoils photos so maybe it's same in cases)

This PCI/graphic card cooler is another accessory what no one is selling:

Which is rather shame, that goes just to right position for keeping air moving over expansion cards and preventing their heat from hindering CPU cooling.
 
i dunno why all the hate to the armorsuit ..
i would buy the red version in a sec if i could get a different side panel .. and if i was able to get maybe another red hd cage .. i think it comes with 2

Turns out Performance-Pc also have all those top panels.
 
I just contaced Performance, and they said none of the tops fir on the PC-P80 :confused::confused:

So how come you said they said they will fit?
 
Aha, i havnt seen that yet! Guess im ordering hte PC-P80 tomorrow :) Cant wait.

Also, whjats the rectangle holes above the 2 120mm blowholes?
