I've just built a new computer with an Athlon64 3000+, 1 Gb Corsair RAM and a Gigabyte K8NSPro and I want to overclock the processor.

I have Easytune 4 and the current settings are:

2080.18Mhz
Multiplier 10.0x
System Bus 208 MHz
AGP 66
CPU Voltage 2.500

How should I go about overclocking this ? I don't want to go too high and have a big risk of burning out my new 3000+ :p

TIA for your help,
Tom

Are you sure that voltage is right??

Mine is running at 1.55 volts and I've only heard of people getting up to ~1.8

I may be wrong about my voltage - thats just what my easytune 4 seemed to be saying. It may mean something else tho :)

I'm a noob at this so I don't really know lol. Anyway, which of the other settings should I change ?

Tom
