need some help with my oc

Ok i have a e6300 on a f-I90HD, its at 2.5ghz. When i try to go to 2.6 it wont post. What should I do to get my oc up higher? What clocks should i try, what volts, etc. the temps are fine with my 9500 in a Xgene mini.
