need some help Win Xp

Also server.exe keep starting up with with some backdoor trojan I can't get rid of. Help please.
 
Sounds like a nice case of the wares and then some..

If you can sucessfully boot into safemode and run AVG, AnitVir, HiJack This, and some spyware removal tools (spybot SD, Cw shreader, adaware, spyware doctor) then you should be able to get everything off.

If you can't boot into safe mode you must put another machine at risk and hook up the drive for scanning.

Tried looking in the registry and startup files. can't find anything referencing those.

found the backdor info on norton Backdoor.Bifrose
 
Try what has been suggested, it wont fix itself.
If you are still stuck let us know.
