I have had my system for about 1 year with no issues whatsoever. I got a samsumg 256 gig 840 pro about a month ago. I didn't have time to do a clean install at the time so I cloned my existing drive. Well friday I had the day off so I went ahead with my clean install, to include updating drivers and such. About an hour ago while playing DDO the system started freezing. Only way to recover was a reboot. It freezes 100% of the time in about 5-6 minutes aftr boot up. No warings during post or anything and temps are good.
System is sabertooth z77 with a 3770K and h100 cooler. Video card is a Gygabyte 680gtx OC, 16 gigs of ram corsair vengance ram, Corsair 750 watt power. I reset the mild overclock to factory defaults after the first freeze. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The feezes occur while I'm surfing the web, gaming whatever.

An update. I have tried all four sticks, singularly, and all four work well without freezing by themselves. When I try any combination two or more I get the freeze. Also, my usb wireless adaptor has stopped recognizing my network automatically. i have to unplug it and plug it back in. Magician won't benchmark the SSD either. It stops and I get an error message saying not enough drive space. I have 112 of 238 gigs free.

What's the model number of the Corsair RAM? Have you tried running only one stick?

Do you have another storage drive (SSD or HDD) that you could use on its own?

Yes. One stick and two sticks work now. I think its either bad slots in the mobo or amybe bad ram. The drive works great and magician reports drive health as good. Just can't test it with the test utility.

You may have to perform some in-depth testing using Memtest86+ to determine whether the RAM or the motherboard is to blame for your earlier problems.
