need some help putting together a wc kit.

well my system is in my sig.

i have a antec p180 case. Even with all the 120mm fans...everything is still hot.

4000+ oced to 2.8ghz. 32c at idle. 49c at load.
6800gt oced to 427/1150. 62c at idle. Haven't checked out temp at load..but guessing around 80c.

I have fans blowing out from every source putting out heat...and still i'm not happy with temps. And all the fans are freaking loud.

I'm looking to put together a nice kit that would still keep my oced system cool and quiet at the same time. I leave my comp on 24/7 in my bedroom. My budget is not to exceed $300...but i really perfer it to be lower than $250. So basically good cooling on oced system, and very quiet.

-cpu
-gpu
