Ok, so I'm an idiot. But I can't seem to get my new card installed properly. Yes, I'm quite newbish but I am fairly comfortable around the insides of a computer. Anyways... I've got an HP Pavillion 8755C. And the card is an NVidia GeForce2 MX200 64M DVI-I.

I got the tower opened up, opened up one of the expansion slots and the connectors on the card don't match the slot. I don't know if I'm totally off and the card isn't supposed to go here, or if I have a card that's not compatible with my machine (didn't know that was even possible?), but... any help?

The card (a little blurry, I took the picture up too close, sorry bout that):

That's an APG Video Card. You need a motherboard with an APG slot (often brown, and located above the PCI slots)

well shit. Thanks.

*edit* There was one more slot above the two that are used but it looks the same as the one I was trying... so I guess I'm just SOL.
