need some help deciding on cpu cooling

I'm upgrading to amd 64 soon, probably an amd 64 4000+. I want to do some overclocking to the cpu and I want the best cooling possible. For air I was going to go with the Zalman cnps9500-led that is coming out soon. However, can anyone tell me of an all in one water cooling system that could beat the cnps9500-led? This new air cooled heatsink by Zalman is supposed to beat water cooling. I've had water cooling before, but a put together one. I would like an all in one kit that just smokes the competition. I didn't want to spend a ton of money though. Otherwise, I am just going to get the Zalman cnps9500-led heat sink cause if Zalman says it beats water cooling, then I'll take their word for it.
 
You're going to have to wait until people test it to really see if it does what it says.
 
I would hope that it's as good as wc for ~$80. I just hope they're not using the TT Aquarius as their better than water cooling comparison.
