Need Some [H]ard Advice

It time for something new so I need some [H]ard Advice

Right now my current system specs are

Shuttle XPC SN41G2B V2
2500+ Barton @ 3200+ 11 x 200 400mhz FSB
1 GB Muskin Level 1 DDR 400 2 x 512mb
Maxtor 80GB HD 7200rpm 8mb Cache
BB ATI R9800Pro 128mb
Lite On CDRW 52x32x52

First of all I wanna go back to a Mid Tower Setup because Upgrading and so on with shuttels sucks !

As for the Case i decided on the Lian Li PC-65B and the Power Supply Antec Neo Power 480W

Now since I am switching to a normal tower again should I go with Athlon 64 Soket 754 with a 3000+ and a good nForce 3 250GB mobo (not sure which one). Please do not mention soket 939 as I cant afford it right now

or

Just get a nForce 2 Ultra 400 mobo (not sure which one) and Overclock some more cuz I know that the shuttle is limiting my OC because it not a nForce 2 Ultra 400 mobo and wait till sometimes next year and get a soket 939 nForce 4 setup

or just get a X800Pro Vivio Edition and flash it to a XT and run it in the shuttle...Would it be worthless because i only have a 3200+ Barton?

So please guys help me out !

Great choices for a case and power supply. If I was in your shoes, I'd stick with my current hardware and pick up an nForce 2 Ultra 400 mobo. AMD and Intel are both coming out with new chipsets and multicore chips soon. I'd wait until then to make a major upgrade.

i also agree to just change the motherboard. your setup is very good and you do not need to change/upgrade anything but the mobo.

just wondering how much you would ask for your shuttle if you were to sell it?
