Would an Antec TruePower be able to run this puppy well(it has 3 4pin fans)? Any general suggestions? Don't bug me about the S754 though.

At least 420 - 460 Watts to be safe on an Antec TruPower.

I'm running a similar system and it's been great so far. The only problem I've encountered involved that motherboard having some issues with the Plextor SATA dvd burner I'm using (after hooking it up, my machine wouldn't even make it far enough in the boot process to let me into the bios....) Solution was to back up to an earlier bios and everything has been fine, though the earlier version did lose a feature or two that were exposed in later releases.

I'm running an Antec Tru480, and it has no problems powering the system.

Might also want to consider an NV5 for the video card if you are interested in improved case/card temps and/or noise levels. The BFG cooler isn't all that noisy, but the NV5 is pretty much dead silent and dropped the temps of both my video card and case.
