Ok Im looking for a new pci-express video card. I would like the best bang for the buck. Now I haven't kept up on ATI's video cards in awhile, So I am a little confused about the chipsets. What I am looking for is something that can play most of the games out there, but I like a quality picture also. My budget is anything below $250. I am also looking for the most quiet video card also. Can someone explain to me what would be the best for me? I was looking at this card because it looks like its gonna be quiet. LINK

I dont need the best of the best just something thats gonna play games with nice details. Thanks guys for your input!

what the prev. poster said was a good card, or an x800gto2.. you can OC it to get the same speeds, but the card will be slightly cheaper.

either the x850xt or gto2 or fork a few extra dollars nd get the x850xt pe which will probably give you a higher oc, due to chip selection

Thx for the input guys, Its just that Im not looking to overclock the card, I just want a fast card at stock speeds...

then choose out of the x850xt or x850xt pe....the pe is clocked 20mhz faster on the core and 50mhz faster on the ram from the factory....the x850xt can easily attain those speeds...but u said u dont want to overclock..
