Need some advise for SFF build

Going to build a SFF for my brother, I need some way to cut down the cost to 700, right now it is over budget, so please help me out. Oh and I am base in Canada. so price is higher.

The computer will be used for FPS only, and will be played on single monitor 1920X1080.

If it's going to be used mostly for gaming you could cut down on cost by going with a dual core.

You should buy everything from ncix.com, they'll let you price match. Find the lowest price on shopbot.ca and price match @ ncix. You would save $30 on the case alone.

Typically clock for clock Intel is a better performer and the Intel chips generally have a higher overclock thresh hold. Supposedly the new socket 1156 i7 chips launch next month so there could be some changes on pricing and performance.

next month? mmm, well, I guess I will go with AMD Phenom II 550X $110 which will cut the budge down big time

might even have budge to squeeze in a CPU FAN if budge allow
