I want to get into water cooling! I wanna do it right the first time an not cheap out on parts. I would like some opinions on what u should use in this build. Its going in a corsair 800d. I would like there to be the least amount of noise as possible I want to cool a 1366 socket an 2 6970 it doesn't have to be on the same loop whatever you feel would be best an most reliable. Thanks for all your input on helping me getting this project rolling!! Brian

Read the stickies. After you're done and have a general idea of what you want, come back here.

But just for starters, at least a single 3x120 radiator is what you want in your loop. Single loop is fine, and it will do a moderately good job of cooling everything.

I mostly buy used. koolertek.com has some good prices, as well as jab-tech.com. performance-pcs.com usually has anything and everything you can think of, but they're more expensive. svc.com also has some good prices, but their selection is sparse to say the least. frozencpu.com is also another good site, has a good mix of selection and prices (not as much as performance-pcs, but usually less expensive) and they usually have a 5% discount code floating around somewhere. Another site is sidewindercomputers.com. And then there's also things you can pick up at various hardware stores.

Do you want to mod the case at all? If your not going to mod I would run a xspc RX360 in the top and a RX120 on the back. If your going to mod you can get a RX240 or a RX360 in the bottom. I'm running 2 RX360's in my 700D to cool my 2600k and 2 6970's. I like the koolance D5 base and res tube setup. Or you can go with the xspc drive bay res and pump. Performace pc's seams to have the over all best pricing and best prices on shipping.
