need some advice with case setup

So I have that case, whatever it's called (I forgot...been a long time since I bought it). I was wondering if you guys could help me out on airflow and heat. I plan to get rid of the two IDE's that are in there. I'll replace the dvd IDE with a Samsung SATA and that Seagate IDE with a Seagate SATA. Now, I have three fans in it right now because that's all I can fit. I have another fan I bought, but can't use right now. I was thinking of buying this...

either that one, or the 4 slot. I'm not sure which I'd be better off going with considering heat. Noise is not a concern, the thing sounds like an airplane and always has. So anyway, I was thinking of getting the back plane so that way I could move 4 or 5 hard drives into the 5.25 bays, then I could get another fan in the case. Now, should I get all the fans facing the front (toward the HDDs) or what? Any suggestions regarding..well anything I can do which you think would be better for the case let me know. I'm interested in any input. (and yeah, the cable management isn't great...with the PSU it's tough because of the cables that come with it...I like thermaltake's wires better)

just something to keep in mind considering back plane, heat, fan placement, etc.
this is a server PC if it isn't noticeable
 
You may want to mod two Antec Big Boy 200mm fans on the bottom (intake) and and top (exhaust)

Yeah, that would be nice if I could fit the 200mm fan, but I'd have to cut huge holes in the case. Seems like it would make more since to just buy another case, which I would like to avoid doing. Thanks for the input though.
