Need some advice on an matx case

I'm looking at putting together a small system and need a little bit of help picking out a case. I'm wanting to put it on a stand with my receiver and other stuff, so I have some space limitations. My budget is probably around $150 for the case.

My dimension limitations;
16inches deep, 20 wide, and 9 high.

The cases I have been looking at are the Sugo02:

or one of the smaller Grandia series htpc cases(probably the 06):

I was also looking at some nMEDIAPC cases since they all have SD card readers built in(I'd like to be able to put one in the case, but it's not required).

I currently have several parts already put together in an old case I had laying around, but would like to transfer them out.
Parts I have:
AMD A8-5600K
MSI FM2-A75MA-E35
Corsair CMX8GX3M2A1333C9
Cooler Master GeminII M4 CPU Cooler
(I'm planning on getting a new PSU, probably a Corsair builder series for it as well).

With these in mind, what would people suggest for a good case?
