need recommendations on external HD

I need recommendations on an external Hard Drive that is USB 2.0 compliant that is relatively cheap, 60 GB is enough space, but I want maximum write speed so I want 7200 RPM, and I prefer a 8mb cache, but 2mb is acceptable. Thanks in advance! :D
