Need recommendations for new Motherboard

Hi,

I am about to upgrade my system and would like to hear what your recommendations for a new mainboard are. I will upgrade again once Nethalem comes out so this is only for the next 6 month or so.

Here's my needs:

1) Non-Nvidia chipset
2) For Intel CPU (Q9550 or E8600)
2) Preferably DDR2
3) At least dual 16x PCIe, preferably dual 16x PCIe PLUS one 4x/8x PCIe
4) Overclockable
5) Nice to have: eSATA

Is there any good MB out there that would fit these specs ?
