And the part number you have i the title doesnt exist. You can only get the SV package with the IPS version which is part # LCD2190UXi-BK-SV.
IF you meant the IPS version then I can tell you that it is one of the best panels made out there. not sure about gaming though. This is what big medical and graphics / photography customers use for extremely color critical work.
