mostly all cases these days have removable mobo trays, it also looks like an imitation Lian Li so i'd assume it does.

Don't assume anything. Some Lian-Li cases don't have removeable mobo trays. Chances are if it doesn't list the mobo tray being removeable, then it isn't.

And you can tell from the picture of the rear as there aren't any screws seeming to attach the tray to it.
 
hmm but when i google it it says it does, but it looks like a newer version than newegg's. but newegg mightve not updated the pics for it. in the pics it has screws on the bottom and top of the back plate. ill see what newegg says in their email i guess.
 
I would say that based on those pictures it does. It looks like it has thumbscrews holding the back plate on which would most likely suggest a removable mobo tray.
