I decided after along haul that I want to build a SandyBridge Build & I am here in the next 3 or so days but i need advice on my PSU.

Im going to be running this Exact build. I will NOT be overclocking anything.

Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz
ASUS P8P67 PRO LGA 1155 Intel P67
SeaSonic S12II 520 (2 months old)
G.SKILL NS 4GB
LITE-ON 24X iHAS-324-98
x2 WD AAKS Raid

I am wondering what is the MAX sli/crossfire config or Single GPU I can run on this PSU? I can always upgrade the PSU if needed.

I don't know why you have to ask the same question again, but your PSU is enough for any single-GPU card on the market. As for Crossfire/SLI setups, a pair of GTX 560s or 6950s would be the absolute maximum that I would consider using with that unit, but I would recommend staying below that level.

I figured id ask again since Im adding a second hard drive & I didnt know if sandybridge uses more power then thee AMD build I was going to go with. Just wanted to make absolute sure. Thanks again as always
