I need to upload a album with the indiviaul tracks whice are .mp3 to TuneCore : Digital Music Distribution
abd these are the requirements " Before you upload, please make sure that your files are 16 bit (sample size), 44.1 kHz (sample rate) and 1411 kbps (bit rate) wav files."

So what free program i can edit/convert the current mp3's to the
requirement? thanks

I don't know anything about TuneCore, but if the source material is lossy compressed MP3, what's the point of transcoding to WAV for uploading purposes? Will it be re-encoded back to MP3 or Apple AAC for downloaders, so they'll suffer second-generation lossy encoding, or will the downloaders be under the mistaken impression that they're receiving the original PCM bitstream?
