Need power supply recommendation

I need a recommendation on a power supply for a dedicated folder. Would a EA380 be enough to safely power this setup? Or should I go with a EA430 instead for future upgrades? No plans for a separate graphics card. System will be dedicated to WCG only.

EA380 would be fine. I have an EA430 in my 2p Quad Xeon system and it purrs along just fine.

The EA380 would be more than enough for what you have.

Check out my sig. I'm folding on a hex core and with a GTX 470 with my Corsair 400CX and I'm pulling way more watts than your system ever will. Though I do have to admit I'm on the ragged edge of my PSU probably.

380w is plenty for that. Just to give an idea, I have a 24 core (dual 6164 HE chips) running with 8 DIMMs and it uses <270w max at the Kill-A-Watt.

Extreme PSU Calculator suggest 234w for your rig, so 380w should be plenty.

I'm leaning towards the EA430 for future upgrades. Newegg pricing isn't that much different between the two sizes.
