Need PCI SATA card with native IDE mode

Hundreds of those shitty PCI cards lie in my basement. Want one? :D

Seriously, why do you want such crappy hardware? Generally you should avoid anything with PCI in the name.

If you're certain you want this, buy any of the 5-dollar Silicon Image/JMicron/Promise PCI controllers who are SATA controllers with RAID support using their proprietary windows-only (and extremely low-quality) RAID-drivers. If you just want IDE, you can flash the card to remove all RAID BIOS. You probably still need drivers to access it under Windows, though.

I need it for a system that requires SATA connectivity but doesnt have driver support for add in cards, that why i need it to be able to go into NATIVE/legacy ide mode like the intel chipsets can. (Ecomstation / OS2 is the operating system)

We had a full length CPU card go out that had SATA ports we were using but the replacement CPU card we have doesnt

there are loads of cheap sil3132 cards on Ebay that did the job fine for me for a while

(some may require a firmware flash to enable IDE mode)
