Need new ram for O/Cing

Hi guys I am going to get a new processor. I am upgrading from my 2800+(in sig) to a 3200+. Currently I am using 512 PC3200 Corsair XMS TwinX at 7-3-3-2.5. I have my CPU
running at 245FSB when I get my new CPU I am going to run it higher. I need memory that can keep up instead of me having to lock it with a divider.I was looking at this ram . What do you guys think, is there anything better?
 
G.Skill is the choice of OCers these days.

I'm going to be selling my Corsair memory you are looking at because I'm switching to G.Skill. Mine is (2x512) instead of 1 stick. Corsair is good, but I can only OC my system to 232mz, and it's on water. Since I don't have friends with high end equipment like me nearby, there's only one way to find out.

If you wanna try for 50mz over and up, then you need the G.Skill. Either way, I'm selling my Corsair once the G.Skill arrives early next week.

Thanks for the help that really does look like good ram. You guys think heatspreaders would be good for that ram?
