Need new quiet fan combo!

Ok here's the deal. The 80mm fan is going to be a CPU heatsink fan. The 92mm fan is the rear case fan. This is for a Dell Inspiron 530. So which fan combo is better? The Scythes come with free shipping but are overall more expensive. $29 combined. The Nexus fans come to $20 combined after using Eggsaver shipping. Which fans will be quieter/better performing? I think the non-pwm nexus 80mm is supposed to be quieter but will it provide enough CFMs as a cpu fan cooler?

Well since nobody answered, I went with the Nexus fans. They have a rep for quiet and I can't justify spending 50% more on Scythes with no glowing endorsements out there for them.
