Need new power supply

Hi I'm a first time poster long time reader. I would like you guys opinion on these 2 power supplies that I am contemplating buying. Please tell me if it has enough power to run my system.

Specs:
Abit NF7-S
AMD Athlon XP 2400+ 2.0 GHz
512 MB of PC 3200 RAM
1 X WD Raptor 35GB
1 X WD 7200 RPM 80GB
1 X WD 5400 RPM 40GB
NVIDIA Geforce fx 5500
4 X 80mm case fans
Imation 12x8x32 CDRW

the antec has a slightly stronger +12v (and hte NF7-S runs hte chip off the 12v) so i would go for the antec.
 
Yeah, Antec makes a really good powersupply I must admit. Their cases are great too. I use a Mutant Mods 480w PS and I highly recommend it. The thing has proven to be amazing so far.
