Need a new HD mainly for XP/Vista and apps

not sure if i should get the

7K160 160GB 8MB Cache
T7K500 250GB 8MB Cache
7200.10 250GB 16MB Cache

all SATA
which would be best?

If it were my choice I'd go with the 7200.10 250 because of it's larger cache, and it's supposed to be faster. Plus it's a Seagate.
 
i was thinking that as well and the seagate was my first choice

but some users over at storage review think that while the 7200.10 might have get great STR results in benchmarks but due to poor firmware (compared to HGST) the drives real world performance is poor compared to the T7K500

dunno if its confirmed
