I have a homebrew 1TB NAS I use at home for work and leisure. Right now it is inside some generic case with poor airflow.

Here are the system specs so you know what I'm dealing with:
  • Mobo: Asus P5N-D
  • CPU: Intel Celeron 430
  • HSF: Xigmatek S-1234 (120mm)
  • RAM: Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2x1) PC2-6400
  • Raid Card: Adaptec 5405 (mini-sas to 4x sata cable)
  • PSU: Antec True480
  • VGA: Radeon 7000
  • OS HDD: WD 40GB EIDE
  • Raid HDD: 4x WD5000ABPS 500GB RE2-GP (Raid 5+1)
  • CD: DVD-Rom drive
  • Backplane: Hot Swap 4 drive by iStarUSA fits in 3x5.25" drive bays

Basically I'm looking for something that can cater all this but provide "better quiet dust-free cooling" those are my primary goals, i am also all for fan-less cooling where possible. Usually difficult to acheive.

If anyone knows of anything please let me know. Also if you find a case that has a built in hot-swap capability thats fine, i don't mind ditching my current backplane.
