Need new 24" LCD monitor

I am replacing a Dell Trinitron 21" (great monitor but its kinda getting fuzzy looking (its only 10 years old or so :)).

I am looking at getting another 24" LCD.

My normal tasks are games, codeing and surfing the web. I am looking to spend between 300-500 dollars. My biggest worry about going to a 24" monitor as my main display is in games. I really would like to make it as least noticeable as I can.

I would prefer a 1920x1200

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
 
Get the Dell U2410, I just picked up three and they are fantastic! If you call and speak with a sales rep you can get it for $500.

I am pretty happy (7 out of 10) with it however after about a month of use it made a high pictched noise when using the DVI input, that did stop after I did a power cycle (pull cable) and it's been quiet for two weeks now. I like the height, tilt, swivel but I should also note it can't go into portrait in this stand because it is too wide/tall to swivel 90 degrees!
