Need new 1920x1080 Gaming moniter

I currently have a 22" Acer monitor with a res of 1680x1050. I want to get a second monitor with a res of either 1920x1080 or 1920x1200. My price range is $200+shipping max. I want the new monitor to be 24-25 inches in size.I really like Acer, Dell, and especially Asus monitors. Glossy looks nice but there are a lot of windows in my comp room that cause glare during the day so glossy might be a bad idea. I can't afford to get an ips so i am sticking with TN for now.

I play fps and rts and dota style games as well as using Pro-engineer CAD design software for school.

Is led backlit much better than the standard?

I am leaning towards the last one right now because of the led back light, the brand, and the free shipping.
