Well I have a 40gb Intel SSD as my OS drive with the files linked over to my WD Cav blue 500gb drive. Well I need more space for both the SSD and my HDD. I will be returning books soon and getting 250 back from the college, plus a 150 from a scrap car.
I am looking for a SSD that is good, and will hold at least windows 7 on it and spare room. (more than 5gb)
The HDD I am looking for 500gb of storage and a reliable drive. Also want better read writes than my current. I am transferring 75gb~ of data from one partition to another on the WD and it is only peaking at 25MB/sec
Hoping to spend no more than 130 for both Maybe 150.
This other HDD will be my file share drive also. I am setting up my FTP server.
I like the WD Cav Blue, but people give it bad rep on the egg.
